CIRCLE MolCom Toolbox

CNIT and UPC have successfully implemented a proof of concept of the CIRCLE MolCom Toolbox by running the first part of the simulation by means of BiNS2, exporting intermediate data by means of a MolComML file and successfully terminated the simulation with N3SIM simulator.

MolComML Validation

UPC and CNIT have led a successful simulation campaign by means of the same configuration file (defined by the MolComML format) obtaining the same simulation results on both N3SIM and BiNS2 simulation frameworks.
